The bud, the flower, the fruit are only symbols to convey to
us the sense of the progress being made by man in receiving ever fuller
Revelations from God. In spite of the vast spiritual significance of what Bahá’u’lláh
has brought to the world we humans have infinite progress to make in the
future. Future Prophets will bring us new laws suitable to our state of
development and continue to educate us on this planet, but they will be under
the shadow of Bahá’u’lláh for five thousand centuries.
