To “try and have the Baha’i Community representative of the population of the country insofar as possible”

He is urging the Baha'is everywhere to try and have the Baha’i Community representative of the population of the country insofar as possible; in other words, where the majority of the people are Hindus, to try and have a majority of Hindu Baha'is; where the  majority are Christian, Christian; where the majority are Negroes, Negroes, etc. In this way the Cause is more deeply identified with the life of the people of the country.
